Frankie Woo Investments was founded by Frankie Woods in 2014 to control his St. Louis Real Estate Holdings. The company now holds five properties with the hope of expanding rapidly.
Frankie Woods has over 12 years of experience in residential real estate management. Currently Frankie is the CEO of Frankie Woo Investments and a Business Partner for OFW Partners, a real estate investment company in New Mexico. Frankie has illustrated throughout his career his resolute commitment to delivering first-class results for clients, as well as consistently improving efficiencies and operations across his companies. Industry knowledge and a keen focus on technology has been a major priority for Frankie.

Frankie Woods
Frankie, a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, is currently stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. He entered the Air Force in May 2003 as a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. The branch’s mission is to serve as the DoD focal point for operationalizing Navigation Warfare, providing direct capabilities in support of combatant commanders across
the range of military operations through all phases of war, and institutionalizing Navigation Warfare concepts through Joint and Service doctrine.
Frankie Woods is also a real estate investor. His first property was purchased in Dayton, Ohio as his primary residence. Since then, Maj Woods has purchased an additional ten properties. His portfolio currently consists of $2.5 Million in property in California, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, and Ohio. These properties were purchased with a combination of traditional financing and Hard Money Lending. Additionally, Frankie holds an undergraduate and graduate in Operations Research.
