Criteria
Our search criteria generally involves properties that need updating and / or are difficult to sell on the MLS. We pay CASH for these types of fixer-upper type properties that we will buy AS-IS. We are looking for properties in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County.

We will do all the leg work to close the transaction and you get paid at closing
